STACK was a German band active between 1993 and 2003. This small 6" vinyl was released in 1997. This band was in the German emoviolence movement, mixing in an intense way hardcore, screamo, grind, metal, chaos.... The band proposes a Bandcamp here : https://stack.bandcamp.com/
