Another split EP released on Back Ta Basic rds, in 1998. Both bands were American, from New York and Connecticut. Both bands were in the newschool hardcore category. EYE 2 EYE very heavy and brutal, and more dark and metal for GROUNDZERO.

This split EP was released in 1997 and is shared between two American bands, from California to be precise. We stay in a typical 90's newschool hardcore style, maybe a bit more metal for DOWNSHIFT, and more groovy for SBS.

An EP released in 1996 on Back Ta Basic rds, for this band from Miami, USA. They didn't release much stuff. The style is good, groovy, pit-oriented hardcore, somewhere between NYHC and newschool sounds.

LACK OF REASON : defined - CD

 

This band from St Etienne (France) was partly composed of members of UNEVEN (oldschool HC) and this mini-album was released in 2001. Musically it is calmer, between melodic hardcore and melancholic emocore.

FAT NUTS : setting in straight - 7"

 

An EP from 1995 for this band from New Jersey, USA. They released another EP (also on Back Ta Basic rds) and a demo before. The band played a very direct and hard oldschool kind of hardcore, with obvious early NYHC influences.

DEVICE / HARDSIDE : split - 7"

 

A small record released in 1998, on Daredevil rds. Both bands were from France, and played newschool hardcore. DEVICE was from Rouen and punctuated his hardcore part more intense. HARDSIDE from Paris, played much more brutal and heavy hardcore.
